argh
oh, one very important thing i forgot to add about sunday. i achieved a new bughouse of 1793, 39 points higher than the previous best. this was achieved through playing 1 0 (1-minute) bughouse (easier to eek). i partnered oub, who is exceptionally good at 1 0 bug, despite having a 1400-1500 bug rating (probably due to his premoving everything). we played against reward (1700-1800) and fdturbo (1850-1950) and duly won on time. after the game, an argument erupted over a lag dispute (reward was lagging). anyway, my rating went back down later on....
monday: not really such a good day...
1. was assigned a not-so-good group for geog (zephy and bertrand, yikes!)
2. got a poor grade for history assignment (which i did in 40 minutes when my computer was down)
3. newsouthwales test for science -- 39/45 (distinction)
4. class scolded by mr soo after he came in late and the class took a long time to settle down. he was lecturing us when tien-en suggested that he give us a chance and he replied by asking what if the same thing happened again. kester came up with the idea of taking away our recess (proven to be effective -- i think)
5. sec 4 charity cafe -- there wasn't really so much to buy and i had no money anyway
